My biggest learning in 2021 is that there’s no going back to normal. Normal will always be changing. The changes in 2020 and 2021 might have been bigger but it’s always changing. Change is always happening and the faster we are to recognize and accept that, the better equipped we are to be able to adapt and succeed.

The 2021 has taught me hope that despite the pandemic being united as a team was the key to capture these challenges. Embracing changes and adapting to new possibilities on the way we do things. 2021 has taught me also to never believe a prediction that does not empower me. To keep empowering ourselves that we can accomplish great things by working together and believing in ourselves. 2021 have shaped us to care more for our people to propose an improvement that will improve their safety and working environment by listening to their voice. 2021 taught me that we need to appreciate everything that we have, ….. and to be humbled to those who are in need.
