PHDC’s Hamana Homes has officially opened its gates for public viewing and selling on February 5, while observing proper health protocols amidst the pandemic. According to our special guest from the Human Settlements and Urban Development (HSUD) Region 3 OIC Director Atty. Felix V. Brazil Jr., it is high-time that superior housing products and quality shelters inspired by sustainability are served affordably to customers.
“PHDC’s very first project here in Pampanga will not only help fill up the housing backlog, but it would also, for sure, set the bar in the affordable but superior value housing segment,” Mr. Brazil said.
According to the Congressional Policy and Budget Research Department, the country’s housing requirements will reach over 6.8 million units this year.
Atty. Brazil noted that the developer brings with it the trustworthy corporate brand of the CPGI, the same makers of one of the largest branded food companies in the country.
“The release of our permits to build will allow us to fast track key developments in the project,” added Mr. Ted Po, PHDC’s President and CPGI’s Vice Chairman, President, and CEO.
PHDC’s license to sell also coincided with the release of its building permit from the municipality of Magalang. Thus, the building activities for housing units at Hamana Homes Magalang, Pampanga are now set for full-blast construction. Its amenities, which include a clubhouse, swimming pool, linear parks, and a basketball court will soon follow for homeowners to enjoy.
As of January 31, the construction of the slope protection, perimeter wall, and the landfill compaction in the model unit area are underway for completion.
“It is truly value for money because our project taps green technology techniques in building and construction, yet priced within reach,” Mr. Po added.
